We have cloned and added voter and contact but the voter and contact have not received their email to agree to ITRs

1 - please make sure that you have the correct email address on file.

2 - The emails might be sent but they could be blocked which would cause them not to be received.  

3 - As the association registrar, you can just tell the voter/contact to go to the login page and click Forgot Password to get their login.

(please note - if they have another "role" assigned to their member profile, they will see a drop down menu to choose the role they need.)
